SPACE ING is a company that provides services of design, consulting, engineering, revision, supervision and other engineering activities in the field of spatial planning and construction. The main activities of the company, in accordance with the legal framework and market requirements, are divided into several disciplines, the most important of which are:

  • Consulting services in the field of construction and reconstruction of facilities;
  • Engineering services for the needs of Investors and Contractors;
  • Preparation of project documentation (Preliminary design, Preliminary and Main design);
  • Preparation of accompanying technical documentation in the field of energy efficiency, ecology and environmental protection, occupational health and safety, fire protection;
  • Performing professional supervision services;
  • Preparation of real estate appraisal reports;
  • Specific engineering services for the needs of construction and reconstruction of ports and marinas, airports, roads, highways, bridges, tunnels, railways.

Although primarily a construction company, cooperation has been established with engineers of various professions (architecture, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, traffic …), which allows us to provide customers with the complete service they need. Consulting services
We provide consulting and business services on behalf of investors, which include:

  • collecting documentation for obtaining urban and cadastral data
  • collecting all necessary approvals before starting the design and construction
  • preparation of documentation for construction application
  • professional consultations when concluding contracts with designers, contractors and the supervisory body
  • the possibility of organizing the development of projects and supervision of works
  • coordination and monitoring of works on the facility (control of contractors and supervision) on behalf of investors with the submission of periodic reports
  • preparation of documentation required for obtaining an occupancy permit
  • organizing and advising clients on specific engineering services (complex engineering facilities, expertise, airports, railways, roads, highways).

Engineering services for various industries
We provide engineering services to tourist and hospitality facilities (interior sketches, interior and exterior projects with 3D views, open and closed garden projects, advertising projects, canopy projects, evacuation plans …). All these services are important in the process of obtaining approvals for work by competent state institutions.

Performing professional supervision services
We offer the investor our service of monitoring the execution of works on the facility. When performing supervision, we take care that everything is done in accordance with the project documentation, the law, we solve details and problems on the spot, monitor the compliance of phases, take care of whether the required dynamics of works is achieved, and check construction documentation. Our experts are highly skilled in performing supervision in accordance with the provisions of the FIDIC Contract and the overall management of the investment.

Preparation of Real Estate Valuation Report
We provide valuation services for various real estate (residential premises, business premises, land, hotels) following the regulations of Montenegro and European and International Standards (EVS and IVS). Reports are performed by a certified appraiser in the real estate valuation field.

Energy audit of buildings
Space ING is certified to conduct energy audits of buildings. Accordingly, we offer the service of energy audits and certification of building energy performance using the national MEEC software. As of August 1, 2024, a certificate of energy performance is mandatory under current legal regulations for all new buildings, as well as existing buildings that are being renovated, sold, or leased.
