Construction Supervision (Licensed Site Supervision)

We provide licensed site supervision in accordance with the Montenegrin Construction Law. This service is mandatory for all types of buildings, with the exception of certain small family houses.

Our engineers are trained and licensed to carry out supervision under both national legislation and FIDIC contract terms. We ensure construction is conducted in a controlled, transparent, and professionally managed manner.

We also support investors with full project oversight to help safeguard quality, legal compliance, and cost control throughout the construction process.
