  • 3.DESIGNER SELECTION
    Based on our experience and the type of project that the Investor wants, we select potential project office to which we sent necessary prepared documentation for bidding. We compare received offers and analyzed from all aspects and we present to the Investor their content, advantages, and disadvantages, along with an analysis of prices and deadlines, so that he can choose what suits him best. We also check licenses and insurance policies required by the designer.
  • 4.CONSENT OF THE MAIN CITY/ STATE ARCHITECT
    The preparation of the first part of the project documentation creates the conditions for submitting the Request for the consent of the Chief City/State Architect. The consent is an integral part of the final project and a necessary document that Investor will submit during the Construction Application.

  • 6.OBTAINING CONSENT

  • 9.PROOF OF OWNERSHIP
    One of the necessary documents during the Construction Application is the proof of ownership over the land on which will be the construction site. On behalf of the Investor, we submit the Request and obtain a valid document from the competent institution.
  • 10.BUILDING PERMIT
