Building Energy Certification & Energy Audits

We are certified to conduct building energy assessments and issue energy performance certificates using the official MEEC software, developed in line with national regulations. These services are performed in accordance with legal and technical standards set by the Ministry of Energy.

As of August 1, 2024, energy certification is mandatory for all new buildings, as well as existing buildings that are being reconstructed, sold, or leased. The energy certificate forms an integral part of the Final Supervision Report, as prescribed by Article 52 of the Montenegrin Construction Law, and may only be issued by authorized professionals registered with the Ministry.
